Unlike traditional prone breast boards that can be bulky and time-consuming to adjust, ProCline™ is intentionally engineered to be lightweight, intuitive, and quick to configure, enabling faster patient positioning, safer handling, and smoother transitions between patients—while supporting the clinical precision required for modern breast radiotherapy.

Adjuvant radiotherapy to the breast in the prone position has been shown to significantly reduce the amount of irradiated lung and heart volume in patients with left breast cancer when compared to treatment in the more traditional supine position. If prone positioning better protects normal tissue adjacent to the breast, the risks of long-term deleterious effects of radiotherapy may be reduced.
In combination with IMRT and VMAT techniques (including non-coplanar fields), treatment plan options are significantly improved in both hypofractionated and partial breast treatments.
