TOTIM® has been proven to significantly reduce preparation time, especially for challenging setups. CDR Systems cushions are designed to integrate seamlessly into daily clinical workflows with minimal added complexity.
By minimizing misalignments, workflow is enhanced, thus saving therapists and physicians valuable time.
Simple placement that fits naturally into existing setups
Flexible use across multiple treatment sites and positions
Easy handling during setup and removal
Reduced need for ad hoc padding or improvised supports
Supports faster patient setup and smoother treatment transitions

TOTIM™ cushions are designed to provide just enough support to improve stability while preserving necessary clinical flexibility.
This approach helps match patient support to the clinical needs of the treatment, avoiding unnecessary rigidity.
TOTIM® offers a personalized cushion solution that molds to the patient’s unique anatomy. This ensures enhanced comfort and support, contributing to better patient outcomes.
Designed to accommodate various parts of the body, from individual limbs to full-body setups, ensuring optimal support in all applications.
Patients can repeatedly get in and out of the cushion throughout the day without compromising its shape or effectiveness. This ensures consistent, reproducible positioning for accurate daily treatment.

TOTIM™ cushions support a lean, repeatable workflow by replacing improvised padding with a consistent, purpose-designed solution.
This contributes directly to shorter setup times and improved daily throughput.
The TOTIM® cushion forms by activating its internal components, then shaping and molding around the patient. This eliminates the need for vacuum or water activation, simplifying the process.
Activation of the cushion is followed by positioning the patient. Once in place, the cushion naturally molds around the patient’s body, providing a custom fit with minimal effort.
TOTIM™ cushions are supported by clear, documented cleaning and disinfecting instructions, providing Radiation Therapy departments with a defined, repeatable process for routine use between patients.
The cushion is covered with a durable microfiber polyester material for easy maintenance and extended use.
Patient comfort is a key factor in maintaining stable positioning throughout treatment. TOTIM™ cushions are designed to support comfort without compromising precision.
Improved comfort supports patient confidence and contributes to safer, more predictable treatments.
Custom support that conforms to patient anatomy
Reduced pressure points during treatment
Improved patient tolerance during longer or repeated sessions
Stable positioning that minimizes unintended movement
CDR Systems positioning and immobilization solutions are designed to integrate into modern radiotherapy environments, including gantry-based and bore-based systems, and to support common clinical workflows such as CT (including 4D-CT where applicable), MRI (where applicable), PET-CT, on-board imaging (kV/MV, CBCT), and SGRT, across techniques including IMRT, VMAT, SRS, SBRT, and related approaches.
The TOTIM® Patient Cushions Immobilization System is indicated for positioning, immobilizing, and repositioning adult and pediatric patients undergoing radiation therapy of the body, including the head, brain, neck, cervical, arm, limb, hand, and leg. This includes use in Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Radiotherapy (SRT), Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), and electron, photon, and proton treatments. The device is also used during image acquisition, such as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) Imaging, to support treatment planning.
TOTIM™ cushions provide patient-specific comfort and stability—supporting faster setup, improved safety, and precise radiotherapy delivery without adding complexity to the workflow.
